Good bye 2022 and Welcome 2023

First i thought to write this post on the last eve of 2022, but then i decided to do this on very first day of 2023.

So personally 2022 was a really challenging year, but i will try to remember this a year of learning from failures. 

I did what i have never imagined about doing, in fact i thought i was inept of doing procurement of construction equipment, but i succeeded in creating WIN WIN situation.

I discovered several untouched categories and closed deals. Doing so, i have learned how some products are being manufactured, i came across some really brilliant and knowledgeable people. I learnt how some of international standards came into existence and how they are being implemented. 

I transitioned from being an IT procurement specialist to what i think of an expert on Construction Machinery, Building Materials, MEP and so on.

I thank God for giving me opportunities to unleash my talent and capability in year 2022.

Talking of year 2023 i am optimistic and already have planned to do what i was not doing often back in 2022. First i will try to write more blog posts about my activities and try to write complete or atleast post updates although the title of my blog is still ScratchPad. 

Second, my plan is to explore new to me social media platforms like Mastodon, in fact i have already signed up for this but i have made only one post and no followers yet but fingers crossed. 

Third, i was away from FOSS world, particularly Fedora project; i will try to get back to where i left from.

And last, i am super excited to meet new people and learn what they are up to.
